You wonder, Pirate4, what’s Rik up to now???

he promised things were in the works and there would [SIC} news soon.

Let’s begin by asking, in retrospect: What was Rik up to in June 2015?
Negotiating feverishly in the shareholders’ best interests, or planning his next smoke and mirror stock deals? (GRSU, etc.)

Back then, while his shareholders believed Rik was working in their best interests, he was:
• Illegally manipulating the stock, per the SEC charges.
• Assuring his good faith shareholders: things were in the works and there would be news soon!
• Planning the smoke and mirrors for his next flock of newbie investors.
• Hi-fiving his cronies over the money they grabbed while remaining under the SEC radar.

These days, I suggest he’s:
• Attempting to hide assets from being seized by the SEC.
• Pondering wearing an orange jumpsuit for a while.
