Skunk appears to be traveling south for the winter. He posted today on his website that he checked PACER and saw nothing, but he also posted this.

Last hurricane, first snow . . . In the morning we will be mobile, enroute southern base camp SkunK. As we once again switched case numbers on appeal, new numbers provided above. Hope Nobody or somebody with Pacer access can keep us up to date. Should be back on my perch early next week.

If it takes him days to travel to his new location, he must be driving there. I'm willing to listen to an alternate explanation. I sure hope he and his family aren't trying to ride horses.
