It appears to me in reviewing the fins that this latest share issuance should provide enough $$ to completely purchase infinite fuels. MNGA announced the LOI back I believe in February with the guidelines of how it would acquire the company. Since then it has made major changes, even a change in name recently to expand to the European market. So it's my opinion that very soon the acquisition should be completed. That is great news! In addition there are two other multi million grants they applied for with deadlines in October from what I read in previous PR's!!! More good news for us! In a month where stocks are expected to go lower, It seems to me that as they release more news we should go up. The company already has big investors buying shares and even brokers so this next couple of months should be really interesting!
