JD in my conversation yest. with Paso-I asked about future expansion and was told that if LVVV wants to go beyond 5000 sq. ft. they would need to amend their permit, once issued. The added "impact" on environment/traffic has to be re-assessed. Isn't a big deal she said, but going to 50,000 or more sq.ft.will involve some bureaucratic wrangling. Since I imagine that pick-ups of clones will be small compared to clones outbound, the distribution aspect needs to be factored into the day-to-day ops. at Paso.

I would think that the Paso operation would conform roughly to any type of agricultural venture, so no worries here.
