My reaction to the news of a R/S and name change, presumably to take the company in a new direction, is the same as when a company does a R/M. The only thing missing in this scenario is whether the principals will be the same.

And anyone who follows the OTC knows damn well that the first thing new ownership wants to do is get rid of the current baggage the ticker has. otherwise known as existing shareholders.

The lack of information divulged by PKGM shows an already high disregard for it's shareholders. I have no idea why people invested in this company but I wish them well. But it appears that everything that was, is now dead. Starting over usually requires a clean slate. Good luck.
