According to the latest 10Q filed for the period ending June 30, 2018, SIML had the following O/S...so how do they 'legally' trade 12 million common shares???

"As of September 28, 2018, there were 2,914,797 shares of the registrant’s $0.00001 par value common stock issued and outstanding."
