Been through this audit process with a few other plays and it almost always takes longer to finalize - as in months longer.

If he's down to 2 or so items it should be 30 days or less - depending on any third party input which is always a roadblock.

When I called him last month he had just begun to resolve the first round of questions which can be pages long.
