Shares will be canceled when the paperwork's finished, and notification is sent to FINRA.

There's a friendly "contest" to guess the date.
Plus1 coins to whoever's closest.

indeed - one would think if they were going to cancel the shares, they would have done it by now

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
