I am monitoring the situation in Paso Robles closely, especially the current status of "information" hold. The county portal only allows the status to be monitored, but does not list the reason(s) for the hold. The site states that any other information must be obtained in person at their office. This may change. When I see the hold released, I will promptly report in.

I'm guessing that we give back 10% today-sellers of the news as usual. Selling pressure will build as those who came in the pop exit.
