no im long but i did just sell of 2/3 my position because there is no way this is legit. Look at facts, this company has been using major news networks for all its interviews and such as well as PRs. They are two days away from vote to R/S. A shady PR site with limited following which allows a free first promotion is only place on web that releases a PR and we supposed to believe that? Not one other site is confirming it unless its just posting from the same source which btw that website is down. Any real company would have load balancers with multiple web servers so that it doesnt get DOS'ed by a few k people trying to hit its site.
