Yep just about everybody here wants to see a flip or one hell of a run and then cash out.
After reading mr. Rutherford's itinerary for the company last January I came to the conclusion that this guy is Playing for Keeps.
It would be nice if he was 30 years younger but then we wouldn't probably have somebody with so much integrity. Jmo.
