What happen here was UHLN had a R/S and changed their name. Company was diluting heavy. Now I understand why... they had to dilute to FUND the big acquisition and the 2 businesses in Canada relating to MJ.

Yesterday was the 1st announcment - basically stating we are not diluting heavy anymore thats my understanding.

Ceo reached his goal to fund the acqusition and the businesses in Canada extemely important.

Therefore this guy is going to be SO RICH that he doesnt need to dilute the shareholders anymore as long as his business continue to GROW.

This Ceo hit the f*** JACKPOT when he heard CANADA GOING legalization on Oct. 17th, 2018

His business will probably be the first for HUGE expansion.

Descent SS... those who bought after the R/S ans done dilution are the REAL Winners...

If this gets back to $.03c will help those breakeven when it had a R/S.

So, the probability here is pretty high on returns.
