Dear Shareholders,

Our existing model and partnerships are worthless. We are in debt up to our eyeballs and see no way way out. We are currently seeking alternative strategies but have no deals on the table. In the event that no one will take on this failed platform and mountain of debt let this be notice that the next communication will be in the form of chapter 11.
