You are absolutely right! As I've said before, the excellent safety profile of PLX-PAD makes the efficacy requirement less stringent, in other words, the relationship is inverse, the safer the drug, the more likely approval, independently of efficacy. Of course, we expect good efficacy, based on data we have seen so far.
