NEWS! Wahupta Ventures Inc. Enters Into Hemp Food Market with Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. Agreement

VANCOUVER, Oct. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - Wahupta Ventures Inc. today announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. Wahupta has committed to an investment amount of up to $2,000,000 that will be used to complete the installation of an extraction facility at Naturally Splendid's existing manufacturing and distribution facility located in Pitt Meadows, BC Canada.

This agreement further includes the installation and operation of Wahupta extraction technology, which falls under Wahupta's growing extraction division, and recently acquired Victoria-based Currant Technologies Inc.

In addition, with Wahupta currently in the process of harvesting its 975 acres of Hemp, this partnership serves to further strengthen Wahupta's vertically integrated approach to Hemp farming and CBD extraction and sales.
