I didn't say there was going to be a definite R/S. I was replying to another post. The person I replied to read the filing like I did and obviously the same things that caught their eye caught my eye. Because the filing is so confusing it leaves much to be considered. And I'm not the only person saying it's confusing. Not in those exact words, but others are saying it

Read the filing yourself and see if you catch it. Start on page 2 and you'll see what I'm talking about. It doesn't state a R/S but leaves some things open for consideration.
