This has got to be one of the most incredible things I believe I have ever done. A "Night Time Vision Quest". I figure since I am between jobs . . . I have another "Once in a lifetime opportunities" to pursue so I hopped a bus down off the mountain (from Aspen) and figured I would measure out some of the items I personally have at hand. I believe this is something all people should do in one way, form, shape or another.
There are many challenges we all have before us. It is how we handle those challenges that determines our outcomes to be positive or negative. Bad situations can ALL be turned into positive situations when one is in the correct frame of mind.
Right now, the temperature outside is about 14 degrees fahrenheit. That's cold when you are towing the remainder of your life along with you. . . that being a suitcase, computer, cell phone and who knows what happened to my camera. Nonetheless, the true meaning of the experience shines bright. The falseness of society and most of the people within it reveals its' ugly head. The clarity of the "real people" shines bright. Those disillusioned by personal possessions reveal themselves as bright as ambers on a fire.
I'll take a look further into this thought after I purchase some ibuprofen. One thing that really isn't cool is this body pain thing. Not cool at all.
