Google "Big Apple Consulting".."Marc Jablon" plus the word "SEC" and you'll see who owned/owns and ran this toxic ticker... including current penny scammer Jonathan Leinwand.

IMO Eddie Vakser was just the last front man/ useful idiot they installed to do their dirty work. Now Leinwand and crew have decided to repossess this ticker, destroy all shareholders and and start over with a new scam. Hopefully his name and the history of this ticker will raise some big red flags with FINRA and the SEC before they get away with their dastardly plans. It might be worth filing complaints/ objections before you're utterly destroyed. This is far worse than anything Eddie ever did... and that's saying something!
