They are doing a squeeze play to get his cooperation, I am 99% sure about that. He has not given them all the goods they want because today's filing gets him one step closer to a trial. So the question is, will he be a good soldier and take a prison sentence like a man for the team. Or, will he be a little bitch and rat out all his comrades in crime. The vast majority of defendants 90%+ do the later when the feds do a squeeze play.
Either way he is in a world of trouble. However, may he will get lucky and beat all the charges in front of a jury. (LT, are you feeling lucky?)
The feds obviously have at least 142 pieces of evidence against him. That will take a couple weeks of trial just to get all that admitted into evidence.
