Maybe I am not reading or understanding it correctly but the way I read the purchase price is 82% of the lowest closing price of the common stock for the previous 5 trading days ( page 8 of the 8k)

So that's 18 percent discount no? What am I missing here?

Doesn't really matter anymore I am done with all of this BS and games that are way above my pay grade
This coming December will be 4 years since I pressed the buy bottom and made the worse mistake of my life...
