The SEC can suspend trading in a registered company and send them to the greys. FINRA can delist an inactive ticker. The OTC can't do anything.

Now, as to when Finra will get around to PMDP is a good question. Why they haven't already is another one.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
