$46.3M converted @ EVEN a .02 PPS = 2,315,000,000 shares!

So, unless MP all of a sudden starts making huge profits (LOL) , HMNY WILL NEED the additional remaining funding.

I'm honestly shocked that the SEC, and the NASDAQ have yet to take action on this obvious fleece of retail shareholders!!

IDK if this ran to a $1, the damage is done and the investigators need to step up their game to put a stop to this!
