The deal was great for shareholders. Dilution was effectively capped and defined. We now know the exact OS, with no more notes outstanding. Had note holders been allowed to convert in the traditional manner we would have ended up with far more shares entering the float. Pretty simple to understand. Now the stage is set for additional funding and/or partnerships.
