The snow in Gillette covered the goal posts... I can't see them anymore.
If the rebuild isn't already in progress, it's safe to assume it won’t happen before spring.

As we know, an operational test plant is vital because...
• Kiewit needs to test their modifications prior to finalizing the commercial design.
• The DOE will not release their test results without doing a plant inspection.
• Interested clients might not be too excited to visit an icy concrete slab.
• Mr. Horner is waiting for byproducts to test.
• Large batches of foreign coal must be tested as final DD prior to signing license agreements.

However, all is not lost for the year... There's that Indonesian coal conference in 3 weeks, and sometime soon, Robin Eves will be having a chat with Mr. Jha from Coal India. Because flying around the world is such a pain in the a$$, I'll bet both occur during his trip. Let's hope at least an MOU comes from that... and if it's publicly announced, we could still see some nice gains by the holidays.
