Close to 3+ yrs later not surprisingly IMUC meeting it's FINAL DEMISE after LARGE Reverse Stock Splits and fund raisingS now at BOTTOM of Grand Canyon.

Citing insurmountable operational headwinds, ImmunoCellular Therapeutics (NYSEMKT:IMUC) plans to file a formal notification to NYSE American that it will voluntarily delist its common stock and common stock warrants. The notification, called a Form 25, should be effective on or about November 5.

Shares are down 73% after hours.

So from the $20 plus level Summer 2015 where I've posted numerous warnings IMUC has fallen to a few PENNIES/shr!

HORDES of MB "investors" in the last 3 + yrs on this site are more likely than not: their own worst enemy without the relevant background! BIG LOSSES!
