Axe Squeak - as I did. I have wondered about Bruce L. Bean since way back when the first court filing popped up mentioning him as a reason that DaFoleyFelon should nott be incarcerated because DaFoleyFelon's biz was the 85 year-old dude's source of income and if DaFoleyFelon went to Federal prizin, witch he done did as we all know, that Bruce L. Bean wood B ~OUTT of a yobb.

When I then searched for Bruce, I found he was a cohabitant at 311 Santa Rosa ... and never thought much about him since then ... DaFoleyFelon went for his first 'vacayshun' in the Federal BOP - kinda a 'trial stay' if you'll excuse the pun. I figgered Brucie was just a relative that DaFoleyFelon had put on NTEK's payroll, like he had compensated his other relatives - Steven, Richard, Lorraine Cullivan-Foley, Phildo, Jeffy, Lisa, and prolly the fambly dogs too.

I hadn't thought about Bruce for years - until Squeakster's recent post about SS fraud.

Hence my axing about a death cert for him somewhere. Because another thing that came to mind besides Dorothea Puente was the Laci Peterson case another 'disappearance' well-known in the Bay Area:

It is nott uncommon for people to nott report deaths, natural or otherwise, of elderly relatives or boarders/tenants and keep collecting DaCash.

In the present day auto-direct deposit to a pensioner's Czeching account, in CONjunction with automatic bill payment - one reads of incidents where the elderly person was simply a conduit for pension/annuity/SS payments to flow from the source to a caregiver or landlord. There is no continuing need for the elderly person to sign or notarize anything. Hence when the elderly person expires, if the body disappears, the munny keeps flowing and he recipient can always say "Gee, I don't know what happened to him/her, I guess they're nott around today/recently/for awhile - or they took a trip and I shure don't know when they are expected back, officer." This is VERY common, at least in CA, for welfare/retirement payments/CalFresh (SNAP - food stamps) fraud particularly in the LA area. The folks caught on to nott reporting deaths of benefits recipients who were fambly members. Eventually, the state gott suspicious of the longevity hotspot of certain areas of LA county having a really odd spike in recipients over age 100 and they began busting the relatives - butt unless there was proof that the relative used an ATM card or EBT card of the decedent (maybe caught on an ATM or grocery store video), it was hard to CONvict them - and it took a helluva lotta detective time to gather the ATM photo evidence or store video surveillance at Czech~OUTT. So nott a lott of prosecutions were done - just enuff to hit the news and for the state agencies to somehow 'tighten up' review of benefits to elderly recipients - how that was done or if it was implemented, I don't know. Maybe they have the state computers screen for all death certificates against the name and/or SSN of older recipients.

Anyways(TM-Nasfan), this was also in DaNews in Cali back in the '90s and could have been another source of inspiration for DaFoleyFelon. You know how he thinks - always looking for angles to score a free buck if (in his weirdo mind) he thinks he can provide plausible deniability that will work. He obviously thought that way with the Ultracade and mortgage fraud cases. It's the 'hay man, who will ever know and they'll never prove it even if they discover it - I'm waaay too smart for them' mentality of sociopathy and psychopathy.

For Bruce's sake, I hope he's OK and still breathing ... butt with DaMentallyIllFoleyFelonCriminole, I can't rule ~OUTT any of the possibilities. Including that Bruce may be somewhere between Pacifica and the Farallon Islands - which will make me think twice when I eat salmon caught offshore fishing or fishing from the Pacifica pier.
