WS agreed. Lind is a predatory lender. Google "Lind Partner death spiral", there is a reason it autocompletes that string of text for you. I've said this before, and I stand by it: If you want money from straight laced banker types you almost have to prove that you don't really need it or have something so awesome nobody can resist it. If you need money and don't already have money, go see the mob. I'm happy they got money from someone when they needed it. Sometimes you need a lender with a neck tattoo. I'm fine with it. If we were a Glencore or a Rio Tinto or even an Anglo there would be a big hole near Elk Creek right now, but that is not the case. I do still remain confident! GLTA.
