I agree a lot is in the air as far as pricing. I also know that the uses and sciences behind scandium and niobium is heralding a brave new world of technology including batteries, electronics, metallic 3D printing, and stronger/lighter building materials to state a few applications. The scientists/metallurgists types have not even completed analyzing this stuff because it has not been feasible or desirable to go to the trouble to do so until now. Carbon steel, titanium alloys, cadmium/lithium, and aluminum have been sufficient up until now, but its time for the next tech revolution. It's now time to go through the trouble of harvesting and analyzing this stuff for use. Who knows what they may eventually find out about these materials. This is why I am confident despite the uncertainties.
