Its New 52-week high $0.0074 was just created a few months ago from the chart below v.s. at the joke low $0.0019 now!

Note, BIOAQ has too high MV (over $2M now) thus it is very easy to lose money to buy at the current ridiculous high price levels v.s. RGDXQ only has measly $0.073M MV which is very very easy to make money no matter what price one buy below 0.03!
