It's a pretty general quote, for sure.

I don't remember the 2.2 million amount and will look for it when I get a chance, but if someone owes me money I'm not as dismissive at the prospect of a partial payment as you are.

Given that the Company has raised a good piece of change since the data was first expected and still seems to be in arrears I get the impression that there may be some principle at issue versus the availability of funds.

We just don't know and are not being told.
