You may want to go back and re-listen to the audio, it only takes simple comprehension skills to understand what was said. The translator in the clip says “ JBZY is apparently only the (a) small portion of Jinbo, which is ZJMY.” This means that ZJMY is JBZY and is part of Jinbo, not that JBZY is just a small portion of ZJMY.

Also, this call was from late last year with a Mr. Lin and not Han Zhiming. The only person to speak to Han Zhiming on the phone is Nygrande
