If I had to guess that is not a new investor. That is one short selling into another. What happens is one player keeps selling and then when he has trouble borrowing his other short sells him all he needs and the game starts again. Ever notice this stock trades in quarters of cents.....A telltale sign of shenanigans.

You had that FDA forum and the stock does nothing??? It takes time for the market to catch up. Keep your eye on big tobacco stocks. If they see real selling pressure it will get interesting.
