I only look at ten years worth of actual verifiable actions:

1. Issuing “firm order” type PRs over and over again only to have them vanish after a round of dilution.

2. Zero sales in company history.

3. Gagged transfer agent.

4. Execs get “anti dilution awards” every time they dilute, replacing their ownership percentage with free shares!

5. Their last 1/200 reverse split done in late 2017 was done to “secure pps”. They then diluted the price even LOWER than it was before!

6. The next two years worth of dilution is already on the schedule! (See continually coming due restricted conversions every two months through Form-4s and cheap sales of restricted shares to equity houses.)
