wimusky, this Whole offering is opaque, with different kind of shares and warrants.

the only Common shares indicated to be sold (827K) would point to un under-Subscription...which likely caused the issuance of multiple layers of warrants (instead of just one per share).

for me it is very difficult to understand the entire operation.

I do hope that Odidis as well are not getting the precise meaning and turn out to lose the company.
