Don't confuse the share price at 4 or 5c with fair value. Chaya and her in-house employees have awarded themselves gazillions of shares and even more in options. Any tiny share price increase will presumably unleash millions of shares for sale.
On the buy side, daily turnover of $500 does not imply anything other than a totally ill-liquid stock. The sellers couldn't be bothered forcing the price under 5c, and there are no buyers stupid enough to tear up good money in buying this dead dog. So the shares just sit there, no buyers, and a ton of sellers.
Also,any contractor stupid enough to do work for this scam would also be forced to accept some payment in shares, since there is no cash left . (its all sitting in Chaya's bank account !!). So contractors would also be keen sellers on any lift in share price..

The chance of any bank paying $50/card is less likely than unicorns returning to earth & President Trump being found to be a virgin.
