here is what BS sounds like in the controls world. also; an example of becoming a bag holder in the commercial office arena if you had the Richards Zeta energy management control system. Cisco bought Richards Zeta, gutted it, and discontinued the brand. with no support or replacement parts. alex; explain your system, cost, and supplier. zngy :)
