..now I'm starting to get pissed. ...it's just not right to deal with companies that have a gagged TA. They must be gagged for a reason! It's as dumb as going into business with a partner that would not let you see the bank account...can you imagine?

You know what we need? A paradigm shift. We need to all refuse to put money into any stock that doesn't use a TA that allows FULL DISCLOSER of share structure. In the realm of the pinks it is, IMVHO, the single most important means of protecting our investment that we have. Take it away and we are totally in the dark. Knowing the share structure helps us know when a R/S is coming and also we can do like I did today and see if management is timing fluff PR's to a insane rate of dilution.

If we all decided not to put anymore money in blacked-out pinks(dirty birds) then they would have to play fair. It would also reward those that were transparent pinks. I need an outlet...
