High tech publicly traded company probably misdialed the phone number and got DECN by mistake which DECN will list as a contact by them requirng an exhaustive DECN BOD review (party of MF Berman and Jangie) to be considered at a later date! MF Berman and company have no credibility, IMO.

What responsible entity, public, private or not for profit, would deal with Delusion DECN without audited financials?
