Potential dilution is NOT “in check”, it’s the only thing that has ever happened and it’s already guaranteed for the next two years as the numerous Form-4s and repeated toxic restricted shares sold cheaply to equity houses come due every two months or so.

Dilution has honestly just begun. And with each new Form-4 (see this months) GC extends the two years over and over and over again.
