I can see buying a bag of hemp seeds at the local convenience store some day!


Oh, me too! Other than fish, there are no other plant foods that contain so much of the TWO Omega oils that are good for us.

Hemp seeds can be turned into most anything edible. It can be the new tofu. But tofu has no nutrients in it. I've thought for years why doesn't someone just market the seeds?! Toast 'em and give us another HEALTHY 'crunch' threat.

I even wonder if hemp seed oil could be used in place of canola oil.
