I was only thinking out loud. MDTR is sitting on a massive pile of shares ie. most likely from fund raising to stay in business ( pay salaries in the past ). The question is how many of the shares held by convertible note holders? I don't trust R/S's. They are always a kiss of death. Any ideas for a positive solution to reduce the giant float w/o destroying the PPS?
MDTR hits .03 tomorrrow then off to the races. Huge orders to be coming from Canada. The Corona, Calif. business address may not be large enough to handle orders.
