I dont think there is an account that wouldnt allow u to hold non-european stock. Never heard of such an account.

You dont pay taxes if you move a stock out of a KF. U pay when u move in to a KF

Nordnet cant force sell triway since its unlisted. Would be very surprised if they dont allow triway in an ordinary aktiedepå.
