That being said, they certainly would look at any direct email or Facebook communications if people sent those to the SEC -- there is probably plenty of corroborating evidence to support the "Misleading Information" aspect to the claim.

As per the truck advertising, that video on Youtube has only 7 views... if that's indicative of the resulting "eyeballs", that would be pathetic. just sayin'... look up Nascar crashes on Youtube and see how many views they get...
