CEO has PAID all dues and fees, now awaiting registration # to be issued early this week, confirmed. Once this happens the issued filings will be posted and we go current. Chill is being worked and should be resolved momentarily. This is all per CEO Jim Shipley, who YES, I have spoken to over the phone, and very recently. Extremely intelligent nice guy, and honest, hard working. And.... tight lipped, will not budge on any other info, which we know is cooking and ready to pop.
