I don’t think so. If this falls through there are others behind. Say Leo notifies this term sheet BP they just received a better offer......this BP says okay .... good luck. That means more time to go they next Term Sheet and DD. U have to get financing no matter what. U can’t just sit tight and think a deal will finalize. That would be a death sentence. Imo
