So far no imo because the S1 was amended to stop it.

Anything is possible for sure but the ceo has stated they dont want to go thru with a r/S. They do however have to get above .01 and a r/S solves that problem. If the r/S was going to take place, why cancel 250milly shares ???

CZNI has 2 Canadian subsidiaries and they just PR’d about getting into the cbd edibles. Oct 17th is fast approaching
