Let me explain. Being that there are so little shares in the float you never see over 100 mill bought at one time. it has been 10 to 25k shares. There can be one day 5 mill shares traded. That means alot of buying and selling back and forth still only the 1.6 mill float traded.. That is why this will run to multiple pennys soon.. MM's took it to .08 to see how it reacted.. That is always a indicator..
