BK won't happen. IPIX can go for years as is by cutting all expenses and just sit on B. Market cap fully diluted is about $50MM. I believe B is worth some multiples of that. You pick the number.
I have no idea what number Leo is asking for. But I'm guessing that the BP is lowballing. They're playing the dance
