Seeing Watch, Vape, Long, & others on this board confirms some of my suspicions I have had about this stock. VapeDog that was some solid DD on PKGM, Long thanks for the reminder of the connection between PixelMags / Solaris Power Cells / PocketGames.

In My Opinion - it looks to me that Vert is grouping all of its Technology Companies together. Maybe they will be more valuable together than apart.
PocketGames = Programming / Servers
PixelMags = Digital Content / Sales / Marketing
Solaris Power Cells = Technology to sell ($40 Million) for startup/integration capital

I currently own 3 Million shares in SPCL and 30 Million shares in PKGM on the bet I am correct.
