I think this got suspended due to the court rescheduling and the sec thinking that it was a sham. I have seen some pretty extensive scams in my time trading with fake filings and all. But the initial court rescheduling was a massive hit to the market price and instantly was flagged for review the bounce back after the ss was crushed happened just as quick. All of this was expected when your trading a stock and a catalyst is about to take place then for some reason it doesnt people unload and look for another mover. The ss is so small it didn't take long for the sales to create panic sales my stop loss was triggered and I profited then bought back in again on the rebound. Now the case was proven to be real and the documents involving litigation thus far are proven truthful a major piece of the idea this is a ruse is put to bed. The unaudited k doesnt mean anything but a stop sign at best it was all market activity and small ss that this was clipped on. Should be back in ow time flat
